    Install Leasential from a supported browser. Tenant receipts and maintenance captures can queue offline and replay safely online.

How access works

Property owners register. Tenants join the lease they were invited to.

Roles are assigned by the server, not selected from a public form. That keeps a tenant account connected to a real property owner-created tenancy from the beginning.

For property owners

You can create your own account.

    Register with your name, email and mobile number, and pick the plan you want to try.

    Use the one-time email link to set a password and complete your profile.

    Add a property and its units, then create a lease with the agreed terms.

    Invite the tenant and manage rent, evidence, repairs, and turnover.

For tenants

There is no public tenant registration.

The questions that shape setup.

Who can create a Leasential account?

A property owner can create an account directly. Tenant accounts are invite-only: a property owner enters the lease terms and sends a private invitation to the tenant's email address.

Is Leasential really free?

Yes. Every feature is included, there is no trial period, and no card is asked for. A property owner registers, adds properties and units, and invites tenants — nothing is unlocked later and nothing expires. Each account holds up to 15 units; email Leasential if you manage more.

Do tenants pay rent through Leasential?

Not currently. Online payment processing is not connected yet. The tenant pays using the method agreed with the property owner, uploads the receipt or screenshot, and the property owner reviews that proof inside Leasential.

Does every tenant need to install an app?

No. Leasential works in a modern mobile browser. A tenant can optionally install it as a progressive web app for a more app-like launch experience.

Can I move existing records into Leasential?

You can add existing properties, units, leases, expenses, and current operating records through the app. A bulk migration service is not currently advertised; email Leasential first if the portfolio is large or needs a tailored setup.

How do I get help with setup or a large portfolio?

Email Leasential at shan@andongs.tech. There is nothing to activate or pay for; questions about setup, moving existing records, or a large number of units are handled directly.

Who can see a receipt, bill, or maintenance photo?

Evidence files are stored privately. Role checks and row-level database policies limit records to the property owner and the tenant connected to that tenancy, plus authorized administrators where operational support requires it.
